Terms and Conditions for Harrisons Probate Property Solutions Client Instructions for Contractor Work

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") outline the relationship between clients (the "Clients") of Harrisons Probate Property Solutions (referred to as "Harrisons" or "the Company") and contractors engaged by the Clients for services related to probate property solutions. By providing instructions to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions for contractor work, Clients agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Contractor Engagement:

1.1 Clients may engage Harrisons Probate Property Solutions to facilitate contractor work related to probate property solutions.

1.2 Clients understand and acknowledge that the contractors engaged by Harrisons Probate Property Solutions are independent entities and are not employees, partners, or agents of Harrisons Probate Property Solutions.

2. Services:

2.1 Clients shall provide clear and accurate instructions to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions regarding the scope of work required from the contractors.

2.2 Harrisons Probate Property Solutions shall endeavor to engage contractors who are qualified and capable of performing the requested services.

2.3 Clients understand that Harrisons Probate Solutions Group does not directly provide the services but acts as a facilitator between Clients and contractors.

3. Payment:

3.1 Clients shall be responsible for payment of fees to Harrisons Probate Solutions Group for facilitating the engagement of contractors.

3.2 Payment terms shall be as agreed upon between the Client and Harrisons Probate Property Solutions.

3.3 Clients shall make payments to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions in a timely manner as per the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Contractor Performance:

4.1 Clients understand that the performance of the contractors engaged through Harrisons Probate Property Solutions is the sole responsibility of the contractors.

4.2 Clients may provide feedback on the performance of contractors to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions for consideration in future engagements.

5. Liability:

5.1 Harrisons Probate Property Solutions shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the performance or non-performance of the contractors engaged by Clients.

5.2 Clients acknowledge that they engage contractors at their own risk and shall indemnify and hold harmless Harrisons Probate Property Solutions from any claims arising out of or related to the contractor work.

6. Termination:

6.1 Clients may terminate the engagement of contractors at any time by providing written notice to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions.

6.2 Harrisons Probate Property Solutions reserves the right to terminate its facilitation services if the Client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the reputation or interests of the Company.

7. Governing Law:

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

7.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement:

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. By

providing instructions to Harrisons Probate Property Solutions for contractor work, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
